Cultural Orientation Provider Onboarding

This onboarding plan is a resource for USCCB / MRS affiliate staff to train new Cultural Orientation (CO) providers who will provide or be involved with CO as part of the Reception and Placement (R&P) program.  It is complimentary to training provided by your local office.

USCCB Cultural Orientation Checklist (RF-23) (rev. July 2024):  Required for R&P affiliates. This checklist contains all required Cultural Orientation (CO) topics and some important R&P performance outcomes related to CO. Use this checklist to ensure each adult refugee has received all required CO information.
